Where We Came From

The History of Chagrin Falls Booster Club

1945 -The Beginning

The Chagrin Falls Booster Club was organized on October 17, 1945, under the leadership of its first president, George Camp. The organization began with a simple mission: support Chagrin Falls students, strengthen school programs, increase attendance at school activities, and build a closer relationship between the schools and the community.

Eight decades later and we remain committed to that purpose.

People Who Built the Boosters

George Camp - First President and one of the individuals responsible for establishing the Booster Club in 1945.

Carlyle B. Harris - Longtime Chagrin Falls Board of Education member and president who was instrumental in getting the Booster Club established and supported during its formative years. The football field and stadium were later names in his honor.

Help us preserve our history - have photos, stories, documents or memories from the Chagrin Falls Booster Club? We would love to hear from you. info@cfboosterclub.org
